As perfumes are personal-use products that cannot reasonably be resold once opened, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

Contact us and provide an unboxing video of the product ideally showing the package from the moment it's opened. This is required for us to process a replacement or refund.
