Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gloire website, operated by Mahadev Fragrances and Cosmetics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Products & Pricing

All prices displayed are final and inclusive of GST. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. For Cash on Delivery orders, a partial payment of ₹500 is collected online at checkout, with the balance paid to the delivery partner on arrival. If a COD order is refused or undelivered, this ₹500 is refunded only after deducting delivery expenses incurred.

Promotions

From time to time, Gloire may run promotional offers, including prepaid discounts and complimentary gifting (such as fragrance testers awarded at Gloire's discretion). These are offered at Gloire's sole discretion and may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product names, descriptions, images, and branding — is the property of Gloire / Mahadev Fragrances and Cosmetics and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Gloire is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products, beyond the value of the product purchased.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
